Manhunt Recap, Fact vs Fiction: Episode 5a, "A Man of Destiny"

The fifth episode, titled "A Man of Destiny," of the Apple TV+ miniseries "Manhunt", was so incredibly packed that it's taken me a month to create this video. And to make it worse, this is for only half of the episode. The other half is written out and recorded, I just need to edit it all together.

Part One covers Booth & Herold getting to Virginia & the whole background of forty acres and a mule. Part two...well, due to unexpected health issues, it won't be coming soon. But I'll finish it one of these days, along with videos for episodes six and seven.

Author's note: While the miniseries is proving to be a great watch, I have to also recommend the book it's based on. "Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer" by James L. Swanson has been a favorite of mine since it came out. It reads like a murder mystery, and if you choose the Audible version, I prefer the version read by Richard Thomas.
